Rowan focusses on fat loss, rebuilding better movement pathways and refining strength and performance development. He tackles every client's goals with passion and enthusiasm to be an accelerator of positive change in their life.

Every client has a unique set of challenges. Together with his team of coaches, Rowan continues to excel in tried and proven methods that help each individual client achieve their fitness goals.

April Tymko

Specialising in group fitness, April upholds the value of a strong team. That is, to be accountable to yourself and set yourself up for success. She inspires people to step outside their comfort zone, and to have some fun in the process!

April has always enjoyed maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. After having children, April’s passion for fitness intensified and she completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness in order to partner with others in their journey.

April draws upon her personal experiences, challenges and successes to encourage and guide others in our fitness community. She is keenly involved in their journey toward a healthier and stronger body. She also champions an increased sense of self worth, value and confidence.

Specialising in group fitness, April upholds the value of a strong team. That is, to be accountable to yourself and set yourself up for success. She inspires people to step outside their comfort zone, and to have some fun in the process!

She strongly believes a community of like-minded people can enrich and enhance your fitness journey.

Luke Burley

Luke has a great passion (obsession!) to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. A dad of three vibrant children, Luke enjoys running, surfing and lifting weights.

Luke has a great passion (obsession!) to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. A dad of three vibrant children, Luke enjoys running, surfing and lifting weights. To round out the activity, he also enjoys listening to audiobooks and playing the guitar.

Luke has an Exercise Science degree and brings his skills and knowledge to the team as Head Coach. Along with coaching clients, his role sees him bring his passion for the science behind exercise to the team, developing our capacity and ability to provide strategy and appropriate training programs for a diversity of people and considerations.

His goal is to help as many people as possible live a life of purpose that energises them and brings fulfilment in ways they didn’t know were possible. He approaches new challenges and situations with a growth mindset and an understanding that good communication begins with the ability to really listen.

Tally Scholtz

Tally loves everything health and fitness and she's easily excited by new fitness challenges. In the industry since 2008, studying in South Africa and some time spent in USA, Tally has helped many clients reach their personal fitness goals.

Tally loves everything health and fitness and she's easily excited by new fitness challenges. In the industry since 2008, studying in South Africa and some time spent in USA, Tally has helped many clients reach their personal fitness goals.

An avid runner, herself, Tally has used this foundation to compete in many Obstacle Course Racers and in recent years entered into Hybrid racing events, combining her running with strength challenges.

When she's not running trails with her husband, she can be found out in nature with her three kids.

Tally is passionate about journeying with her clients, seeing them transform both mentally and physically. She will often challenge you to take on something new and watch you realise your full potential.

Tally's goal is to help you grow into the best possible version of yourself.

Taking the time to listen, Tally will teach you how to set the right goals for yourself and will help you overcome any hesitation you may have in getting started in the gym. She believes that through positive thoughts comes a positive change, both in the gym as well as spiritually.

Anthony Chambers

Anthony has trained for over 15 years and has always loved team sports, working out in the gym and running. It’s with his natural love to be active, heart to encourage others, we are pumped to welcome him to our coaching team.

Anthony has tried a few different careers but since completing his Certificate IV in Fitness he has found his jam. His passion is to help others in making healthier and more active changes with their lifestyle, beyond the gym setting. He endeavours to provide strategies, guidance and encouragement for people to achieve the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves.

Anthony enjoys training in high intensity functional fitness in his own time but loves coaching a wide range of styles to meet the individual needs and goals for his clients.

He believes that the gym is a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable and to grow into the best version of themselves.

Anthony is big on High 5’s, loves his footy (and a bit of banter), wife and two dogs.

Zac Cheney

Zac is currently finishing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and looks to pursue a Masters of Strength and Conditioning and High Performance Sport.

Zac is currently finishing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and looks to pursue a Masters of Strength and Conditioning and High Performance Sport.
Naturally, his academic ambition is fuelled by his love for all things active and sports related. He has a passion for working with athletes of all backgrounds and the every day legend - you! Through his study, Zac has also gained experience with working in a clinical setting helping to restore physical function and capacity to those with medical conditions or injuries.

When he’s not in the gym, you will find him at the Murray River, at the footy or camping with his mates.

Vikki | Fitness Coach Fitness Life Studios

Vikki Mott

Vikki has a passion for training women through peri-menopause and menopause and making the gym environment a welcoming place for everybody, particularly those living with a developmental disability and on the autism spectrum.

Vikki found a passion for training 13 years ago, when she was searching for some balance for herself between working and parenting young children. She joined our Fitness Life community, and has partnered with various coaches and been a consistent attendee for group training.

In 2022, Vikki completed her Cert III and lV in Fitness to combine her love of movement and share her passion for making fitness accessible and attainable. She strongly believes that being fit and healthy looks and feels different for every body and involves during the different seasons of life. Vikki values you having the strength and stamina to do the things you want to do, in your everyday life.

Vikki enjoys the energy and sense of community group training creates. In this supportive environment, we see people chase down their goals, challenging their conception of what the body is capable of all while having some fun.

Vikki strives to help you to make small manageable goals, for long term commitment to be sustained. In her programming, she will develop a strategy which will allow for flexibility for our evolving lifestyles and provide appropriate challenges to motivate and see you succeed.

Outside the gym, Vikki is an early childhood educator, working with children and families navigating learning challenges. She is a willing slave to her large garden and is an unpaid Uber driver to her active teenage children.

Bec considers health and fitness to be the backbone of her life. She has always been active, especially as a kid, playing various sports and even being lucky enough to represent both SA and Australia consecutively.

A mum of 2 beautiful girls, Bec enjoys cooking and lifting weights. Her zealousness for health intensified after completing her Cert III & IV and found her love for helping others achieve success.

Bec is driven by her passion to help you achieve and succeed at your own personal goals - Whether it be related to fitness or body composition, it is more than just a training program; she genuinely wants to help you create positive lasting changes in your life!

With a passion for training from a young age, Will realised he could use that knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. He brings big energy and passion to partner you in your fitness journey.

With a passion for training from a young age, Will realised he could use that knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. He brings big energy and passion to partner you in your fitness journey.

Will enjoys the energy of group training and is keen to encourage others to chase down their goals, challenging comfort zones and having fun. He prioritises teaching strong technique, ensuring your confidence in your own ability develops as your strength and fitness improves.

With his knowledge and passion for resistance training, you’ll find him training with his mates during the week and outside of the gym, he loves to surf, mountain bike riding, camping and enjoying the great outdoors with his mates.

Movement is fun! Di & Issy work together as a team to bring Group Fitness alive in the Adelaide Hills. Both are passionate about exercise being fun and accessible for all.

Di & Issy are passionate about exercise being fun and accessible for all. In their Step & Pump classes, they use their experience and creativity to choreograph sessions to music, giving you the opportunity to sweat it up, challenge the body, all with a smile on your face. You will be encouraged by a welcoming and friendly community.
