When you sign up and check in with us, you’ll receive a detailed Healthy Living Guide. The guide includes your Strength Program, Shopping Lists, and Recipes.
There’s also a wealth of extra information and tools inside that we’ve prepared to help you succeed.
At the beginning of the challange, you’ll receive a Fitness Test and SABA Body Scan. You’ll also be tested again on completion so you can see just how much you’ve achieved in such a short time.
